• How long does it take for my images to be edited, processed and ready?

It depends on the type of shoot and its extensiveness, but photos are typically ready within a 2 week timeframe - and often as soon as 3 days after the shoot. On a case-by-case basis, I can offer additional rush services, if needed.

  • What is your policy on revisions and edits?

We want you to be truly delighted with your photos, and will do everything possible so that your pictures come out as you dreamed the first time! However, we’re happy to offer complimentary basic edits (such as color correction), and if desired, up to one hour of minor photoshopping. Photoshop is an extra $75 per hour.

  • Are you available for a consultation?

Before anything is scheduled, we offer a complimentary phone consultation at a time convenient for you. This will give us a chance to connect so that we can learn a little more about you and what you’d like from the photoshoot. We’ll also be able to answer any questions you have and familiarize you with how we’ve approached photoshoots in the past. Together we can figure out the next steps you can take and get a better idea of whether our services are a match for your needs.

  • What sort of style do you identify with?

We work with all sorts of people of different backgrounds and persuasions. We’ve done many culture-specific weddings from Jewish orthodox to Hindu. Part of our package deal is a shoot at San Francisco's City Hall. Otherwise we've been known to shoot rustic "hippy" style weddings (think floral and wooden motifs), while also including many weddings and engagements set in industrial environments (think structural: brick and metal). Our team employs a range of different styles, but to get an idea of whether our style matches your vision it's always best to get in touch with us!

  • Which photographer will photograph our wedding?

We will find you the best possible match for your vision and preferences. If you have any requests based on someone's portfolio, feel free to let us know!

  • Do you have any recommended wedding venues and vendors?

Yes! Please check our Preferred Vendors list for our favorite venues, caterers, event planners, DJs and florists in the San Francisco Bay Area.
